Petaily 寵物日記 — 隱私權政策

Petaily（以下稱「本 App」）不會蒐集、上傳或分享你的任何個人資料。

資料的儲存方式

• 你在本 App 中新增的寵物資料、日記文字、照片與影片，全部只儲存在你自己裝置的本機儲存空間中。
• 本 App 沒有串接任何後端伺服器、雲端服務、分析工具或第三方廣告服務，不會將任何資料傳送到網路上。
• 本 App 不要求註冊或登入帳號。

權限

• 本 App 僅在你主動挑選照片或影片放入日記時，要求存取「照片圖庫」。挑選的內容會複製到本 App 的本機儲存空間；本 App 不會讀取、掃描或上傳你圖庫中的其他內容。
• 當你選擇在日記中直接拍照或錄影時，本 App 會要求使用「相機」；錄影時為了一併錄下聲音，會要求使用「麥克風」。拍攝的內容只會存進本 App 的本機儲存空間，不會上傳。
• 本 App 不會索取定位、通訊錄等與功能無關的權限。

備份與分享

• 你可以主動把所有資料匯出成一個 .zip 備份檔，並自行決定存放位置（例如「檔案」App、iCloud 雲碟，或用 AirDrop 傳送）。本 App 不會自動匯出、不會保留副本，也不會把備份傳送到任何伺服器。檔案離開裝置後，將受你所選擇的服務或對象規範。
• 你可以主動透過系統分享選單，把單篇日記的文字與照片、影片分享到其他 App。分享的內容與分享對象完全由你決定。

資料的刪除

你可以在 App 內刪除個別的寵物、日記或提醒。刪除整個 App 時，所有本機儲存的資料將一併移除，且無法復原。

兒童隱私

本 App 不會蒐集任何使用者資料，適合所有年齡層使用。

政策更新

若本政策有任何變更，我們會更新本頁面並修改上方的「最後更新」日期。

Petaily — Pet Diary — Privacy Policy

Petaily (the "App") does not collect, upload, or share any personal data.

How your data is stored

• The pet profiles, diary text, photos, and video you add in the App are stored only in local storage on your own device.
• The App has no backend server, cloud service, analytics, or third-party ad services, and sends no data over the network.
• The App does not require registration or a login account.

Permissions

• The App requests access to your Photo Library only when you actively choose photos or videos to add to an entry. Selected items are copied into the App's local storage; the App does not read, scan, or upload anything else in your library.
• When you choose to take a photo or record a video directly in an entry, the App requests access to the Camera, and to the Microphone so that video recordings include sound. Anything you capture is saved only to the App's local storage and is never uploaded.
• The App does not request location, contacts, or other permissions unrelated to its features.

Backup and sharing

• You can choose to export all of your data as a single .zip backup file and decide where it goes (the Files app, iCloud Drive, or AirDrop, for example). The App never exports on its own, keeps no copy, and sends backups to no server. Once the file leaves your device, it is governed by whatever service or recipient you chose.
• You can choose to share a single entry's text, photos, and videos with other apps through the system share sheet. What you share, and who you share it with, is entirely up to you.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual pets, entries, or reminders inside the App. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data permanently, with no way to recover it.

Children's privacy

The App collects no user data and is suitable for all ages.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
